Bella Vita Studios offers post-production services to other professional photographers ONLY. 

We can not edit a disc of wedding images created by an amateur or beginner.  This is due to not only copyright issues but the extensive amount of time it would require to “fix” photos created by an inexperienced photographer.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHY PROFESSIONALS:

All work is customized to your specifications and we keep your logos, contact information, preferences, etc. on file for all future work.  We offer image editing, retouching, artistic edits, album design, slideshow production, and creation of marketing materials.  Turnaround times are generally just a few days at most.  We offer electronic send/receive services for those with fast internet connections (not DSL – generally FIOS, Comcast, etc.).  You are welcome to send your images on disc via snail mail if necessary.  If you require the images to be sent back to you via snail mail, we will charge the actual shipping cost plus a $10 trip fee for the time spent at the post office.

Please note that the album designs shown DO NOT include any photos by Bella Vita Studios and DO NOT represent the style of photography that Bella Vita Studios provides.  The album designs shown only represent the finished design and layout services that we provide TO OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS once the photographer clients send us their finished images.

Our current rates for image editing services are as follows:

$0.35 per image for base editing

• INCLUDES:  clarity, sharpen, contrast, black clipping, highlight control, and basic color correction.
• DOES NOT INCLUDE:  acne/skin/hair/body retouching, clone work, excessive blurring of background with brush work due to in small apertures or shadow noise caused my exposure issues created upon image capture by the original photographer.

$0.20 per image for custom black and white conversion on a specific image basis (you decide which ones you want as b/w or you may let us choose and give us an estimate of what percentage you would like as b/w)

$0.06 per image culled OUT from total images sent (Example:  You send us 1200 images and you want us to cull it down to 400 proofs.  That would be 800 x $0.06 = $48.00 for culling services.)
SAMPLE WEDDING EDIT PRICE:

You send us 1200 photos.  You want us to cull the proofs down to around 400.  That would be 800 x $0.06 = $48.00 for culling services.

Then we edit the 400 photos.  That would be 400 x $0.35 per image = $140.

You would like roughly 25% of those photos to have a b/w copy created.  That would be 100 x $0.20 for the copy and b/w conversion process (we keep the original color edited photo too) so 100 x $0.20 = $20.00.

That is $208 for all of the culling and editing.  A complimentary slideshow set to royalty free music is included with any editing or design job over $85.  We can even create a full size 1080 resolution video file and then smaller files resized for cell phone viewing or to embed in your website.

SLIDESHOWS:

$15 per HD slideshow in 720p or 1080i (mpg format) with royalty free music used (we have a huge library of royalty free music) for all small editing/design orders under $85 total

COMPLIMENTARY slideshow with any editing/design order over $85 total

ALBUM DESIGN PRICING:

*For album design work only, please note that we require all album images to be numbered chronologically (no multiple camera out of sync images craziness)

SINGLE PAGE:

$4.50 per album side (single page style as one design) if you organize the images into subfolders we provide to you 

$9 per album side (single page style as one design) if WE organize the images into subfolders prior to beginning design work

DOUBLE PAGE SPREADS:

$6 per album spread (double page style as one design) if you organize the images into subfolders we provide to you 

$12 per album spread (double page style as one design) if WE organize the images into subfolders prior to beginning design work 

ALBUM CHANGES:

$15 to make 3-6 image swap changes and reupload. 

Additional changes above and beyond 3-6 image swaps will be charged $1 per image swap/change per round of changes (version 2, version 3, etc.).

DISCOUNTS:

If we edit a wedding for you, we will provide a complimentary HD slideshow with your marketing information/logo at the beginning and end of the slideshow.  You must provide us with the correct file format and color space if you wish to supply specific graphics for use with any slideshows or other marketing materials.
