PORTRAIT SESSION POLICIES:

• Reserve your session date and time as soon as possible as our schedule fills up quickly.  Prime days of the week and prime months prior to holidays often book well in advance.  If you have specific scheduling needs, give us a call and we’ll check to see what we have open!
• Session fees are non-refundable once booked but we will gladly reschedule your session if the need arises with a 48 hour notice.  Less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of your session fee..
  
• Newborn sessions should be done within the 3-10 days old range only if you desire sleepy, squishy newborn type poses.
  
• Print pricing varies depending on size, finish, and delivery method.  There are several different options including some digital options.  Let’s discuss it and find what works for you!

Family & Senior Portrait Investment Levels:

DIGITAL OPTIONS - includes images on disc with print release to MPIX.com only

• Custom portrait session includes 1-2 locations with more time and more poses up to two hours with unlimited images created on site – $249 (Proofs chosen & edited by photographer)
• Our mini session portraits include one location with multiple poses and up to 45 minutes with unlimited images created on site – $129  (Proofs chosen & edited by photographer)
  

TRADITIONAL SESSION OPTIONS

• Session plus ordering prints afterward at studio prices – $50 per hour
• (MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED – subject to current studio print prices and ordering session policies – includes web resolution images on disc with watermark)
  

Things to keep in mind:

If you choose a session that requires a sales appointment to purchase prints and other products, your viewing session must be scheduled for anytime within ten days of your portrait session date.  All decision makers need to be present at the viewing session as your final payment will be made at that time.  Viewing sessions are no more than 90 minutes.  It is important to arrive on time so we can assist you with your portrait choices.  Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to provide child care or activities for small children at this time.

Currently, we offer viewing sessions during business hours from 9am-1pm and on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5:00-6:30pm or 6:30-8:00pm.
